Anyone can learn Wing Chun regardless of gender, age, or size. So there's no need to feel intimidated or inadequate.

We're here to help you achieve your goals in self-defense, overall health, and improved reaction in realistic situations. No flashy, acrobatic, or aerial moves at all.

If you've never taken any previous martial arts, that's OK. That's not necessary or required here at our school.
