Common worries

Let’s clear a few things up

“I’m not in shape.”

You don’t need to be. Training builds your fitness over time, and you work at your own level.

“I’m too old to start.”

Wing Chun relies on technique and structure rather than raw athleticism, which makes it a great fit for adults.

“I’ll get hurt.”

Classes are controlled and progressive. You learn the basics before any contact, and sparring comes gradually.

“Everyone will be better than me.”

Everyone was a beginner once, including your instructor. Our students support new people.
